We are seeking a motivated PhD Scientist to lead our powerful HPLC- and mass spectrometry-based peptide screening platform and develop new multiplexed approaches to accelerate **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s advancement of undruggable target inhibitors. She/he is a team player, with a passion for rigorous scientific research and drug discovery and development. The successful candidate will be a skilled and creative experimentalist with a deep knowledge of HPLC and mass spectrometry, and be enthusiastic, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Lead the operation of our multiplexed HPLC and mass spectrometry-based peptide screening platform.
Develop and implement new methodologies to accelerate compound development by profiling biochemical and physicochemical properties of peptides in unpurified mixtures, proactively evaluating new technologies, and staying up-to-date with current literature.
Collaborate with other teams within the company to analyze and integrate data, develop new technical capabilities, and develop structure-activity relationship data for compounds.
PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical biology or related field.
0-3 years industry experience required.
Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC and LC-MS/MS method development, instrumentation, customization, and software, including experience with multiple assay types and analytical applications. Experience with nonconventional MS/MS techniques, proteomics, native MS, and/or automated liquid handlers is a plus.
Strong familiarity with protein biochemistry, analytical method development, and protein-ligand binding biochemical assays.
Experience with peptide design, chemistry, purification, and characterization by chemical and biophysical methods is a plus.
