Job Description
Research & Development Manager
A highly regarded Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a committed manager that will be responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and overseeing new product development. Responsible for overseeing new product development processes and programs, from the planning phase to implementation and production.
The Role
Overseeing planning, implementation, and production process of new products.
Comply research policies and procedures established
Conduct, monitor and collaborate in research activities such as data collection, analysis
Strategies implementation to ensure protocols compliance
Train, oversee, and provide protocol and to research staff
Accurately collects and oversees the collection of data
Always maintain an active role in quality assurance and quality control
Negotiate budgets and contracts for new projects to be executed
Direct collaboration with financial management
Assist staff as needed
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Management skills
Planning, organization, and efficiency
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and numerical skills
Teamworking
Good responsibility handling and pressure of accomplishing deadlines
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
