Position entails providing engineering and technical support of TOK products to customers\rDuties and responsibilities include the following:\r\r Identify new material and product needs for future semiconductor manufacturing technology.\r Identify enabling technology for establishing strategic materials roadmap at R&D.\r Lead or assist with new material development projects.\r Establish the close working relationship with key customers to seek future needs.\r Conduct technical presentation and demonstration of new products.\r Assist customer with process improvements and root cause analysis.\r Perform data collection utilizing performance equipment, such as a scanner, coater/developer, and metrology tools.\r Documentation of both internal and external technical reports.\r\rQualifications:\r\r B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or another similar discipline.\r Basic knowledge and experience in chemistry.\r Minimum of three years’ work experience in photolithography or photoresist development environment.\r Strong data presentation skills.\r Energetic, self-motivated, and detail oriented.\r Equipment operation skills– CDSEM, cross-section SEM, coater/developer track, exposure tool\r\rOTHER:\rPersonnel must successfully complete a program of on-site classroom instruction or on-the-job training that teaches them to perform their duties in a way that ensures compliance with all job requirements. Prior experience and/or certification that can be verified will be considered in evaluating training requirements.\rAdditional tasks, as assigned related to smooth facility operations may include but are not limited to, participation on the Environmental Health and Safety Committee and active promotion of safety and pollution prevention activities.\rFURTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:\r\r Ability to speak Japanese is preferred, but not required.\r Must be able to work various shifts and hours as needed.\r The operator must have a reliable means of transportation to and from the work site.\r\rSalary $55K to $65K/year Depending on Skills and Experience\r
