THE JOB THE CITY OF HENDERSON ANNOUNCES AN EXAMINATION TO CREATE AN ELIGIBILITY LIST AND TO FILL ONE (1) VACANCY FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF\u00a0SENIOR CHEMIST\u00a0IN THE DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES. THE ELIGIBILITY LIST MAY BE UTILIZED TO FILL VACANCIES FOR THIS CLASSIFICATION FOR UP TO ONE (1) YEAR. Under general supervision, supervises and conducts laboratory work to be performed on water, wastewater, industrial wastes, and other water samples; serves as a technical resource for a section of the Department of Utility Services; directs sampling and process quality control sections; and performs related duties as assigned.
