Description Position Purpose & Summary: This role is responsible for the management of current Corporate accounts as well as business development - securing new customers and introducing new products to the customers in order to achieve margin target goals. Provides solutions to technical problems. Helps manage price risk and supply chain issues. Also responsible for identifying growth opportunities, industry trends and leading the development and delivery of solutions to the customer. Principal Accountabilities: 50%Technical sales calls - conveying product and company features and benefits to prospective and current customers. Application of appropriate resources for gaining and maintaining business, with both current product line and new products30¬count management - develop and implement a strategy, by account, that defines the potential business available and details the process for capturing the business. This includes identification of key decision makers, products, pricing, technical support needs, and other resources required to close sales\u00a010%Business development - translate customer needs, identify and close technical gaps in Cargill offering that will create distinctive value for customers in these market segments.10% In depth understanding of targeted segments - to result in 'best in class' understanding of customer issues and potential solutions, leading to becoming supplier of choice for key and strategic customers.
