Perform finished product and raw material release testing
Participate in special projects such as supporting validation testing, USP revisions/verification tests
Provide cross training to Analysts/Technicians
Participate in special projects such as elemental impurity testing and supporting alternate API qualification testing
Support quality management to review analytical data for accuracy and take responsibility to track RM/FP testing to meet monthly KPI.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of work performed using Labware LIMS or other data collection media
Support QC management with laboratory investigations
Follow cGMP and GLP requirements
Assist in ensuring testing is in adherence to schedules
Follows Teva’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Follow Teva Organization-Wide Core Competencies as defined
Troubleshoot and support Technician/Chemists to resolve analytical issues
Work on assigned projects such as corporate standard gap analysis, SOP revision, and CAPA's
Other duties as assigned by quality management as per business needs
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science
Minimum ten years of Analytical laboratory experience
Metrology experience would be helpful but not required
Working knowledge of HPLC, GC and other spectroscopic methods (UV/Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy), dissolution and other stand alone systems and be able to maintain qualification of instruments
Strong analytical skill to troubleshoot HPLC/GC instruments and Empower data acquisition system
Perform routine analysis of raw material and finished dosage pharmaceutical products
Good at multitasking, handling multiple projects at one time, and managing changing priorities based on business needs
Working knowledge USP, cGMP, and GLP requirements in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory
Must be detail oriented, self-driven, and motivated
Good organization skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge and experience using Labware LIMS documentation system, Trackwise, Oracle, and laboratory investigations including root cause analysis
Good computer skills including MS Office is preferred
Knowledge on Laboratory safety procedures
