The opportunity TSG Consulting distinguishes itself by providing the highest possible professional standards in regulatory consultancy services to the chemical and biotechnology industries worldwide. As a Senior Regulatory Consultant with a focus on agrochemicals including biochemicals and conventional pesticides, you will be responsible for advising on and structuring solutions that guide our clients successfully through the complex regulatory and policy challenges. Responsibilities include: u2022 Provide regulatory and scientific consultation for agricultural pesticides and biopesticide products. Lead on the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for active substances and products. u2022 Provide detailed reviews of product labels and accompanying documentation to provide advice for clients to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. u2022 Stay current with changes in regulatory landscape affecting TSGu2019s clients and maintain contacts and relationships with regulatory authorities and participate in relevant industry associations. u2022 Engage and negotiate with regulatory authorities to advance and address clientu2019s goals. u2022 Support the senior team in account and business development planning and subsequent client targeting activities u2022 Act as a domain expert leading on client engagement activities including, exploratory discussions, requirements gathering, proposal development and client meetings. About you Youu2019ll bring a detailed understanding of the US regulatory landscape associated with agrochemicals with at least a degree level foundation in a relevant scientific subject. Youu2019ll combine this with strong interpersonal skills to provide high quality advice and guidance that delivers value to our clients. Qualifications include: u2022 A degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related field preferable. u2022 8 or more years of regulatory experience at the federal level u2022 Experience of managing key account or stakeholder relationships u2022 Proven experiences of engaging with and influencing decisions makers u2022 High comfort with external presentation and broader client engagement u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
