Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies for Space and Missile Systems Electronics.
Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Supports the development, identification, and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans and lean principles/technologies to support business unit initiatives, improving product development, and program execution.
Investigates technical problems that would affect performance, cost, or schedule.
Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge, and experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial)
Experience within CAD or Design of experiment (DOE)
