Job Name: Technical Service Manager - Purification Solutions
Job Summary: The Technical Service Manager is responsible for providing technical support to the Purification Solutions product line
Responsibilities:
Ability to design H2S and Hg removal systems using in-house “SulfaSim” software.
Ability to support the global sales team with technical support for the sale and operation of our adsorbent portfolio.
Ability to troubleshoot systems using logical evaluation of process is required.
Product development experience with a proven track record of product design from fundamental principles
Design for manufacturability experience including scale-up and new product rollout
Evaluate new technology for suitability and cost effectiveness
Liaise with management to evaluate markets and to develop plans for new products
Customer facing experience required
Coordinate with sales to ensure proper resolution of company/client problems
Ability to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical personnel
Coordinate with sales to ensure proper resolution of company/client problems
Provide technical support to sales during system design and during sales calls with clients
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Provide technical training to sales personnel to ensure a competent and effective workforce
Mentor and motivate sales force to deliver timely and high-quality services to customers
Ability to travel internationally to assist in sales and to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
This position is involved with:
Technical support for sales opportunities
RFQ evaluation / Proposal preparation (Technical elements)
New product development
Min Requirements:
Technical degree - preferably in chemistry or chemical engineering
5 years’ experience in H2S/Hg removal technology and R&D of catalysts/adsorbents
Demonstrate understanding of gas processing principles.

Time management and teamwork skills.
