Research & Technology (BR&T) organization is seeking anu00a0experienced Manufacturing Systems & Simulation Engineer ( Level 4 ) to join the Analytics & Simulation team in Charleston, SC . This position will be focused on developing and transitioning analytics technology to support industrial engineering, and performing process simulation and 3D visualization to assist in new production systems integration and impact analysis. Analytics technologies include predictive analytics to be used in the build process as well as planning and trade study tools to be used in new technology insertion decisions. Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ): Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering classification Industrial Engineering skills and/or knowledge Advanced coursework or experience with applied mathematics Education and/or experience with data analysisu00a0 Production system experience Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ): Work and/or class-related experience in any of the following: C/C programming methods, Microsoft Visual Studio with 3D solid modeling in CAD tools Experience in 3D modeling Experience setting up and modifying databases Experience with any of the following: Computer Aided Design (CAD), CATIA V5 Model Based Systems Engineering Experience Typical Education / Experience : Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
