Lead Equipment QC Analyst

The Lead Equipment QC Analyst is a senior level, overtime-eligible position that reports to the Equipment QC Manager. The Lead Equipment QC Analyst is responsible for assisting in overseeing all EQC personnel, administrative & inventory tasks in addition to normal Equipment QC Analyst responsibilities.
Oversee all laboratory personnel and the efficient operations of the lab.
Oversee incoming and outgoing equipment inventory.
Tracking customer orders and assist the EQC Manager in scheduling calibrations of equipment.
Perform responsibilities in ERP system such as reviewing RMAs, providing diagnostic information to analysts and completing jobs.
Coordinates with other departments for in-house cleaning and calibration of diagnostic equipment.
Train all EQC personnel.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor degree in Biochemistry or related life sciences field and/or 5 years of QC experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of statistics
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Diligent and dependable
Strong organizational skills
Available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM with some flexibility.
5 years GMP/GLP experience
Experience with Syteline or other inventory software
Able to lift up to 25 pounds periodically.
Occasionally move bins weighing up to 25 pounds across the facility
Able to remain in a stationary position for an extended length of time.
Constantly operates handheld diagnostic devices, a computer, and other office equipment such as a printer.
The work may require specific physical characteristics and abilities such as dexterity, visual acuity, color vision and depth perception.
Able to work 10 to 15 minutes in a cold room environment (4°C)
Able to operate micro-pipettors repeatedly and accurately
Occasionally moves about lab and building
