Winston & Strawn LLP is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have two to five years of patent litigation experience at a large law firm. This candidate must have strong patent litigation experience and a technical background in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or the like. We are seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
While Washington, DC is our preferred location for this position, candidates for our other U.S. offices will be considered - please mention the location in which you would like to be considered in your cover letter. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
