Evoqua Water Technologies LLC is recruiting for the position of Field Sales Representative responsible for sales of Water & Wastewater treatment solutions to our Light Industrial clients. The Primary responsibilities include all product sales activities & technical support, promoting the following product groups: \u2022 Capital sales of water and wastewater systems and solutions to existing customers \u2022 Promotion of service contracts (preventive maintenance & inspections) and Other Services for new or existing customers \u2022 Promotion of expendables\/consumables & spare parts through our Aftermarket\/Inside Sales Representatives Other Responsibilities: \u2022 Achieve business objectives within territory, light industrial vertical market and at key accounts (for example, penetration of account with product\/solution\/service offerings). \u2022 Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals \u2022 Develops \/ builds \/ cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization \u2022 Manages the customer relationship as well as relationships with internal business center partners to ensure the effective development and delivery of solutions \u2022 Utilizes Customer Relationship Management tool to manage customer, territory and project teams \u2022 Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies \u2022 Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for territory \u2022 Develop account teams as needed to coordinate activities while minimizing sales and marketing costs and maximizing sales \u2022 Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently \u2022 Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and\/or cross-functional problems Qualifications: \u2022 BS Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Chemistry, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas \u2022 Strong working knowledge of raw water, process water, wastewater and integrated treatment processes, units of operation, and economic impact of same is required \u2022 Strong record of sales success employing consultative sales skills in the sale of large capital systems.
