Profile

ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract.  This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic and tactical MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.Duties will include:Provide systems engineering support to Government customer for development of the MILSATCOM enterprise’s portfolio of programs.Evaluate and produce products of a technical nature using technical rigor, adequacy, completenessAssist with technology readiness assessments and trade studies; identify risks and issues with proposed technologiesFormulate and codify relevant information to support Govt. decision makingBS degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, network and telecommunications; information systems, information technology, or computer information systems•    Minimum 2 years in pursuing a systems engineering career demonstrated through work experience and/or club/internships/class project experience dealing with space systems•    Familiarity with Systems Engineering fundamentals throughout the system lifecycle phases of concept, development, production, use, support, and retirement •    Strong writing and oral presentation skills•    Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •    Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teambuilding skills •    US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position •    MS in technical field, such as engineering and computer science•    1 years’ work in a collaborative team environment developing technical baselines or using engineering applications and simulation models•    Experience with astronautical systems engineering & integration programs and projects •    Active DoD Secret clearance#LI-TL1ENSCO has been delivering engineering, science, and advance technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.
